Youth and Family Services:
Chemical Dependency Assessment (10-18 years old)- Contact person for assessment & enrollment is Kelli Dennis (509) 325-5502.
Chemical Dependency Outpatient(OP)- Level I ASAM criteria: two to fours per week
Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient (IOP)- Culturally appropriate substance abuse assessment and treatment for chemically dependent youth, ASAM Level II, 8-12 hours per week. Contact person- Kelli Dennis, appointments; Roberta Coult, CDP, Treatment Supervisor (509) 325-5502.
Aftercare/Relapse Prevention Program- Available for youth who have completed any inpatient, outpatient or IOP treatment program and need continuing care. Clean Teen Narcotics Anonymous Meeting each Thursday at 5:30 p.m. Open Meeting
Co-Occurring Disorder (COD)- Case management, individual, group and family counseling for clients with chemical dependency and mental health diagnosis (ages 10-17). Contact person is Roberta Coult, CDP or Theresa Allen, LMHP (509) 325-5502.
Community Wellness Program- Meets at Havermale High School Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6-8 p.m. Free program offers exercise, computer skill building, arts, traditional Native American Indian dancing and music, snacks, nutrition classes, diabetes prevention. Teen PEACE/Anger Management- Teen Peace groups to be offered at YFA, NATIVE Project and Crosswalk over the next year. Contact Person- Tara Dowd, BA/CPP, (509) 325-5502
N.A.T.I.V.E. Health of Spokane/FQHC Medical Clinic- Primary health care facility that provides comprehensive health care to people in need. Area of expertise is Indian Health. Manager on site: Ali Desautel, Phone: (509) 483-7535 Fax: (509) 483-9460.
