Hello All: In just over a week our organization will be hosting our annual, Healthy Heart Powwow. The powwow will take place at Garry Middle school in Northeast Spokane near Francis. We truly do hope to see everyone there as more and more of the health issues that our affecting our culture are related to the heart. Our organization feels that in order for the Native community to pass on the rich cultural traditions of our past to future generations we must live a healthy lifestyle now. So, once again this year we are emphasizing health and wellness for the Native community. Even more excited we are hosting our annual Fun Run for Health and we hope you can join us. Today is the official re-launch day of our website. It is our hope that with the facelift of our website you will be better informed of what we offer.
